Leo Haber
Leo Haber (born Manhattan) is an American writer based in New York.
Haber studied at City College, Columbia University〔Haber ''The Red Heifer'' 2005 back cover "Leo Haber, consulting editor at the monthly journal Midstream, was born and raised on the Lower East Side of Manhattan and educated in New York City at City College, Columbia University, and Herzliah Hebrew Teachers' Institute."〕 and is adjunct professor of Hebrew language at Hebrew Union College, New York.
Aside from his novel, ''The Red Heifer'' (2001), his writing has appeared in various magazines.〔Midstream: 43 Theodore Herzl Foundation 1997 LEO HABER is adjunct professor of Hebrew at Hebrew Union College, New York, and consulting editor of Midstream. His poetry and fiction have appeared in numerous publications.〕 and he is editor of the ''Midstream'' magazine.〔Blood to remember: American poets on the Holocaust - e.d Charles Adés Fishman - 2007 Page 587 "Leo Haber is editor of the bi-monthly Jewish Zionist journal Midstream."〕
